ABOUT US
Inspired by the Steppe.
Created for New Possibilities.

Our Story
From the Kazakh steppe to Bangkok.
Imagine the open steppe of Kazakhstan: a vast sky, an uninterrupted horizon and a feeling of freedom. Within this landscape stands the yurt, the traditional home of Central Asia’s nomadic peoples.
Its folding wooden framework and felt covering create a sheltered, open space that can be dismantled, moved and assembled again. For the founder of KIN Avenue, originally from Kazakhstan, this architecture became a personal source of inspiration: space should support the way people live and be ready to adapt to change.

Traditional yurt structure

At KIN Avenue, space is designed not only to accommodate business, but to create the freedom for possibilities to take shape
WHAT SET US APART
More Than Space,
It’s Possibility

Designed Around Possibility
The adaptability of the yurt inspires a flexible approach to space. At KIN Avenue, businesses can showcase products, welcome clients, accommodate a team, store goods or combine several functions under one roof.

Space, Light & Connection
In a yurt, the walls lead into a roof that rises towards the centre. KIN Avenue reinterprets this relationship through pitched roofs, visible structural rhythms and generous interior volumes. Double-volume showroom spaces and large glazed openings bring height, daylight and a sense of openness into everyday work.
At KIN Avenue, space is designed not only to accommodate business, but to create the freedom for possibilities to take shape

BRAND SYMBOL
A Shared Centre.
Connected Possibilities
Together, they represent a place where people and businesses can grow alongside one another while retaining their own identity.
The KIN logo brings together the circular image of the shanyrak and the lattice pattern of the kerege. The shanyrak is the crown of the yurt, framing an opening to the sky. In Kazakh culture, it is associated with home, family and unity. The kerege forms the folding lattice walls, expressing strength through connection.

THE ESSENCE
A Space Shaped by Nature.
Our palette reflects the relationship between earth, sky and sunlight. Grey tones evoke earth and a stable foundation. Deep blues express the openness and depth of the sky. Soft gold brings the warmth of the sun, while warm off-white recalls daylight, air and the felt covering of the yurt.
Blue and gold also echo the sky and sun of Kazakhstan’s flag, interpreted in a quieter palette for contemporary architecture.
As digital technology and artificial intelligence become part of everyday life, we believe that our connection to nature, culture and human-scale spaces remains essential. Moving forward can go hand in hand with respect for our roots
A space with roots and the freedom to shape the future.
Traditional knowledge and skills in making Kazakh and Kyrgyz yurts were recognised by UNESCO in 2014. In 2025, the inscription was expanded to include Karakalpak yurt-making traditions in Uzbekistan.
This recognition concerns the traditional craft, not the KIN Avenue development.
